These terms and conditions apply to the Neon Bat: Tap Flap Fly 2D app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Nuh Mehmet Demirkol (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following terms. It is strongly recommended that you read and understand these terms before using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application or any part of it, or misuse of our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are also not allowed. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to keeping the Application as useful and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or to charge for certain features or services at any time. In such cases, any fees will be clearly communicated to you within the Application.
Advertising and In-App Purchases
This Application includes advertisements and offers in-app purchases. Ads may appear during gameplay or in menus, and are used to support the free access to the Application. Users have the option to make in-app purchases, such as disabling ads or accessing additional content/features. All such purchases will be clearly indicated and optional.
Charges for in-app purchases will be processed through the platform (e.g., Google Play), and users should refer to platform-specific terms for payment handling and refunds.
Data and Device Usage
The Application may store and process personal data provided by you to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure and to restrict access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it may expose your device to malware or affect the Application's performance.

Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not responsible for certain aspects of your experience with the Application. For instance, the Application requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If you lack access to the internet or have exceeded your data limit, the Application may not function properly, and the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
If you are using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider’s terms may apply, including data charges and roaming fees. By using the Application, you are responsible for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the person responsible for the bill.
The Service Provider is also not responsible for user-related issues such as your device running out of battery, failure to update the Application, or other hardware limitations.
While efforts are made to keep the Application up-to-date and functioning, the Service Provider relies on third-party information and services. Therefore, the Service Provider does not accept responsibility for any direct or indirect loss incurred due to reliance on the Application.
The Application may require updates to remain compatible with your device. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider also reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application will cease, and you should delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on this page.
